Payment Terms

Payment schedules and terms will be specified in individual project contracts. Generally, we require a deposit to begin work, with progress payments throughout the project and final payment upon completion.

Intellectual Property

All design concepts, drawings, and plans created by Prestige Interior Makers remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Clients receive usage rights for their specific project upon completion of payment.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to material availability, contractor scheduling, or permit delays.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment of all work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
